Management Team

Gil Mizrahi

Prior to founding TandemG in 2010, Gil has served in a variety of technical and business positions, last being VP Drivers & Embedded Solutions of Giant Steps.
Entrepreneur in spirit, Gil is the founder and CEO of TandemG, Isreal's leading R&D boutique, serving dozens of clients each year. Gil is the living spirit of TandemG, and the man behind the special atmosphere of our company. Gil has an impressive track of services in the Israeli high-tech industry, spanning around many technologies.

Sagi Zar

Sagi is a seasoned R&D manager, with a track record of over 15 years of leading solutions in various technologies.
Sagi leads state-of-the-art and innovative software solutions, from the architecture and design levels and down to their bits and bytes. Prior to joining TandemG, Sagi served as a projects manager at Giant-Steps, where he played a significant part in its growth from 5 to 120 employees and in the creation of its Drivers & Embedded division.

Maor Perez

Maor is an Embedded Software development guru, leading the field in TandemG since it was founded.
He has invaluable background in project management and team buildup. Maor brings years of hands-on experience with numerous embedded systems, from the architecture stage to final product delivery. Prior to joining TandemG, Maor served as a projects manager and team leader at Giant-Steps, where he created and built the embedded Linux domain.

Neta Brenner

An HR expert with extensive experience in all aspects of the field. Neta built Tandem's HR infrastructure
right from its early stages accommodating and enabling its rapid growth into a leading R&D center in the business. Her current focus is on helping the organization obtain and maintain the best talents and on creating a diverse and creative atmosphere of innovation and motivation among employees to meet the company's business goals. Neta holds a B.A in English Literature from Tel Aviv University and an MSc. in Human Resources Management from London South Bank University.

Eduardo Printac

Eduardo, CPA, is a finance and operations management expert, with vast experience in financial and operation management in the hi-tech industry.
He served TandemG as a financial adviser since its establishment and has been acting as CFO since September 2012. Eduardo holds a B.A. in business management, from the Israeli "College of Management", Specialization in accounting and secondary specialization in financing. Prior to joining TandemG, Eduardo served as CFO of XTR, CFO & COO of Giant Steps Group LTD, financial manager of Nexus Tellocation Systems Group.
