The system developed by TandemG redefines hygiene standards in hospitals and industrial facilities by leveraging advanced robotics to enable fully touchless sterile glove dispensing.

The primary technological challenge was achieving consistent performance across a fleet of machines built on heterogeneous hardware configurations. TandemG addressed this challenge by designing an adaptive embedded software architecture (Embedded Linux & Firmware) capable of autonomously identifying the machine configuration and dynamically adjusting its operational profile in real time.

The result is a seamless, safe, and fast user experience, with a complete sterile glove donning cycle completed in under 20 seconds.

End-to-End Development

As full end-to-end development partners, TandemG led the project from early system design through serial production. The solution extends beyond motion control and sensor integration, incorporating full cloud connectivity for inventory monitoring and predictive fault prevention.

This architecture delivered a 45% reduction in consumable waste for end customers, significantly improving operational efficiency and cost control.
